Please take note of below points

1) This Product does not come with Bike Specific Top Racks. This item comes with a Universal Adapter Plate which can be installed and adjusted on your existing aftermarket Top Racks.

2) This product is being offered only for those who already have a Top Rack and want a Top Box only. Carbon Racing can not guarantee the proper fitment on every rack available in the market. So customers may have to make adjustments to their existing racks accordingly.

3) No returns will be accepted if your existing top rack plate has a lot of holes which is not allowing adding extra holes in order to accommodate our Adapter Plate. 

4) Please refer to the hole dimensions in the pics and make sure your Top Rack has necessary space to drill additional holes accordingly.

WARRANTY

Biker's Pad is a trading platform for all goods sold both on the web platform and physical store. All warranties on products sold, are directly covered by the product manufacturer and their product specific warranty policy. If there is any reason for the customer to claim warranty, Biker's pad will help the customer communicate as well as claim warranty. However, warranty claim acceptance is the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Customer may have to bear the shipping cost for the warranty claim if not allowed by the manufacturer. Please read all terms and conditions laid down by the manufacturer carefully before making a purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs4999 anywhere in India. For orders below the explained limit, shipping cost will be charged based on location zones determined by Biker's Pad. There could be a shipping surcharge added for heavy and large products.

All orders received before 1 pm are usually shipped the same day. For all orders received post 1 pm, shipping is usually carried out the next day. We use multiple delivery partners depending on location and type of product to optimise product delivery to you.

In most instances, depending on location, we offer customers a choice of Regular Shipping and Express Shipping with timelines and cost mentioned for both the types. Product delivery is usually completed within the timelines notified, unless the delivery location is not widely serviced by national courier agencies or due to some unforeseen reason/ natural calamity. Customers should consider the provided delivery timelines after accounting for the order processing time.

RETURNS POLICY

Biker's Pad allows a 7-day conditional returns policy. The Customer will have to inform Biker's Pad support team on support@bikerspad.com or on our official whatsapp channel (Mob no 7738835000) explaining the reason. Returns are approved only if the product received by the customer is found to be damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defective or a wrong product was received. Customer is required to explain the issue along with images to prove their reason for returns. In case a return is approved, shipping charges to Biker's Pad warehouse will be re-imbursed. Refunds, if any related to product returns and shipping reimbursement will only be in the form of Store Credit which can be used for alternate purchase on Biker's Pad platform.
