Modular Mounting:
Each part can be purchased and replaced individually in case of damage. Unlike other pipe welded saddle stays that come in a single unit. This modular system allows for a single sided usage if need be.

Adjustable Slots:
The Mounting slots are laser cut in particular shape to accommodate welding inconsistency of the bike. This helps to correctly align the saddle stay despite the irregularity and ensure the fitting is symmetric. This help is appropriate weight distribution.

Better Stress Distribution:
The mounting points of the rack are entirely on the subframe of the bike using existing slots. This allows higher weight carrying capacity & proper stress distribution under loading conditions.

Safety Clearance:
Trapezium aligns with the center of the exhaust which reduces the possibility of getting saddle bag burn. This ensures the saddle bags are always kept at a distance despite the terrain and the riding style.

Pillion Friendly:
The design of the stay offers sufficient clearance between grab handle and saddle stay for the pillion to grab on and sit comfortable. Plenty of space is provided around the pillion footrest to offer more room for movement and easier to get on and off the bike.

Precision and Consistency:
Each section and component are CNC cut or CNC bent to provide overall Consistency making sure each piece is exactly the same as others. This is helpful when you need to replace parts in the future.

Premium Build and Finish:
Built with the highest grade industrial process for welding and comes in a premium matte black finish powder coating.

Industrial Strength Structure:
14 gauge pipe with 2 mm thickness offers a strong and robust structure to withstand the most intense abuse. This offers a much higher weight bearing capacity for mounting non – supported saddlebags.

WARRANTY

Biker's Pad is a trading platform for all goods sold both on the web platform and physical store. All warranties on products sold, are directly covered by the product manufacturer and their product specific warranty policy. If there is any reason for the customer to claim warranty, Biker's pad will help the customer communicate as well as claim warranty. However, warranty claim acceptance is the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Customer may have to bear the shipping cost for the warranty claim if not allowed by the manufacturer. Please read all terms and conditions laid down by the manufacturer carefully before making a purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs4999 anywhere in India. For orders below the explained limit, shipping cost will be charged based on location zones determined by Biker's Pad. There could be a shipping surcharge added for heavy and large products.

All orders received before 1 pm are usually shipped the same day. For all orders received post 1 pm, shipping is usually carried out the next day. We use multiple delivery partners depending on location and type of product to optimise product delivery to you.

In most instances, depending on location, we offer customers a choice of Regular Shipping and Express Shipping with timelines and cost mentioned for both the types. Product delivery is usually completed within the timelines notified, unless the delivery location is not widely serviced by national courier agencies or due to some unforeseen reason/ natural calamity. Customers should consider the provided delivery timelines after accounting for the order processing time.

RETURNS POLICY

Biker's Pad allows a 7-day conditional returns policy. The Customer will have to inform Biker's Pad support team on support@bikerspad.com or on our official whatsapp channel (Mob no 7738835000) explaining the reason. Returns are approved only if the product received by the customer is found to be damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defective or a wrong product was received. Customer is required to explain the issue along with images to prove their reason for returns. In case a return is approved, shipping charges to Biker's Pad warehouse will be re-imbursed. Refunds, if any related to product returns and shipping reimbursement will only be in the form of Store Credit which can be used for alternate purchase on Biker's Pad platform.
